Our client is a well-respected and long-established global financial institution with a significant presence in Guernsey. On their behalf we are looking to fill the position of manager for their team of client services support.
Applicants should have a proven record of being a strong leader, have good communication and management skills. Project and change management experience will be a requirement so a recognised professional qualification such as Prince2 will be desirable.
Good understanding of the Guernsey regulatory environment and relevant experience in reviewing client on-boarding and associated AML/KYC requirements will be essential. Experience in risk management will therefore form a part of this varied role
This is a newly created position to further enhance our client’s robust framework for the on-boarding of new clients and continued due diligence. Candidates with a banking background will be preferable or with offshore financial services industry experience.
