An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work as part of a team for a newly established company in Guernsey .The company is at the leading edge of building and commercializing deep generative models of large-scale, real world multi-modal medical data. Their aim is to progress medical and associated pharmaceuticals to the world markets in optimized time-scales. At this time we are looking for a highly organized office and finance administer to be part of the formative Guernsey team.
The successful applicant should have experience in working in the finance operations of a commercial or financial services company where collaboration with other teams is needed on a daily basis. You should be familiar with accounting systems and technology, preferably Sage and be able to manage existing systems and support migrations and upgrades when required.
Applicants will assist with general logistics for the small Guernsey and London office and coordinate with other group offices. Maintain office policies and and procedures and help develop these with the growing numbers of employees.
There will be the need to offer HR support to a growing global team and liaise with specified recruiters in managing candidate processes across international time zones.
