Our client is a global financial services company head-quartered in Guernsey. On their behalf we are looking for a people business partner to be based in Guernsey. This is envisaged to be a FTC for 18 months but could lead to a permanent position in time.

Applicants will be considered from senior advisor level up to business partner level.

A recognised qualification such as CIPD level 5 will be required or evidence of equivalent experience.

The role holder will contribute to local and group-wide HR and recruitment initiatives, help build engagement, improve working practices and embed the company’s values into day to day practice. You will also help navigate the complexities of working across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory practice.

Previous experience of working in the financial services sector will be preferred. The role is full time but a reduced hours role could be available for the right person
