On behalf of an international fiduciary company in Luxembourg AP Executive have been assigned on their behalf to recruit a senior funds accountant. For this role you will provide full accounting and corporate support to clients, as well as managing a dedicated client portfolio. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements under LuxGAAP, handling tax and VAT returns, liaising with banks, auditors, and authorities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The position also covers organizing board and shareholder meetings, drafting legal documents, and supporting day-to-day client operations. Candidates should have 3–6 years of experience in the Luxembourg funds sector, strong accounting and corporate knowledge, and excellent organizational and communication skills. Fluency in English is required, French or German considered an strong advantage. Fluent English written and spoken is essential, French or another European language would be an asset.
