Our client is a global financial services provider who have experienced substantial growth in 2021. On their behalf we are looking for a senior compliance and risk associate to join the team in Guernsey
Applicants should be experienced in delivering high quality compliance and risk management from a regulatory perspective. Main duties will include completing and updating the current compliance monitoring programme. Undertaking stress-testing and monitoring and taking necessary robust actions to achieve these objectives. Assist with the preparation of training, preparing board packs for regulatory visits.
A relevant qualification such as ICA or ICSA will be expected and experience of working within a fiduciary environment. A good understanding of the Guernsey Regulatory Framework and FCP Statutory Legislation will be required.
