Our client is a global provider of fund administration, fiduciary , family office, accounting, tax and corporate services . On their behalf we are looking for senior professional in compliance matters to assist the current head of compliance. This role will be based in Guernsey and will oversee all regulatory and compliance matters primarily for their funds division.
This is a Key Person role requiring the role holder to undertake the position of MLRO and MLCO for the clients expanding fund administration offering.
A proven track record in all compliance related requirements will be required. A knowledge of the local funds services business laws and regulation will be desirable. A good understanding of the financial services businesses and the wealth management sector will also be expected.
As a senior role-holder, applicants will need to be team leaders with excellent organisational and communications skills.
Applicants should have an established background at a senior level in financial services regulation.
