An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced human resources professional to work in one of our client’s jurisdictions where they must be based. This position can be based in Guernsey, Jersey or the Isle of Man.

Applicants should have minimum of 5 years experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a multi-jurisdictional commercial company. Working knowledge of employment legislation will be required for each jurisdiction.

Candidates should be experienced at managing and coaching teams on sometimes complex people matters. Demonstrate a strong ability to balance risk, commercial priorities and employees’ well-being and experience in a fast moving environment. Be highly organised, self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues and external stake-holders.
