Our client is a global fund administration company with a growing presence in multiple jurisdictions. A rare opportunity has become available for a senior legal counsel for their Channel Islands and UK operations.
Applicants should be a qualified UK or Channel Islands lawyer with at least 10 years experience PQE . Experience in having worked in a financial services environment will be essential. Knowledge of alternative investment funds will be desirable.
Strong legal expertise in dealing with regulators will be required. Excellent communication skills to share and mentor colleagues in compliance and risk mitigation. You must be able to initiate and run complex projects within demanding deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a mix of in-house counsel experience in a financial services business and legal experience in a top tier law firm dealing with international clients.
