A renowned global fiduciary and corporate services company is looking to hire an in-house legal counsel for its Cayman Islands office. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for assisting senior management with all legal and ancillary operational matters. The main responsibilities of the role will be providing quality legal advice and assisting senior management to drive client-centred innovation, business development and team management initiatives to ensure that our client meets its ongoing objectives. The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate knowledge of all legal transactions and managing junior members of the team and participate in other team initiatives. To be eligible for this role you must have gained Cayman Law knowledge during your career or ideally be qualified as a Cayman lawyer. A minimum of 6+ years PQE and a common law qualification is prerequisite.
