A leading global financial services client are seeking a team leader to manage their trust relationship management operations in Guernsey .

This line manager role will be responsible for administering portfolios of structures holding a diverse range of assets. The risk control for your own client base, management and control in the trust management administration team and also delivery and attainment of key performance indicators.

Join a highly motivated team of trust relationship managers which provides support to a diverse client base. The team liaises with relationship managers in the bank across multiple locations, investment managers, legal/tax advisors and other third parties regarding client affairs as necessary. candidates will interact with all divisions of the business globally, including legal & compliance. In order to apply for this role, you will have 15+ years fiduciary sector experience, excellent interpersonal skills, a good understanding of trust and company administration, strong relationship building, influence and consultation skills, be customer oriented, motivated and be able to work to tight deadlines. You will also need to foster team working whilst maintaining positive working relationships with peers.

The ability to work accurately, reliably and with attention to detail and a commitment to ongoing learning and implementing new knowledge into practice with passion for people development will be essential.
