Our client is a well recognised global financial services provider with a significant presence in the Channel Islands. On their behalf we are looking for someone to fill the role of trust control manager. This role will be based in Guernsey
Working with the group head of trust control the role-holder will have number of significant oversight roles ensuring best practice is observed and enacted upon a tall times. This will include overseeing financial crime and fiduciary reviews . Training team members to recognise any compliance issues that arise and are reported to the central compliance function. Client on-boarding and risk rating of clients will also be part of the role.
Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years working in trust administration and a deep understanding of the Guernsey and international offshore regulatory requirements. A professional qualification such as STEP, ICA, ICSA will be expected
