We have been exclusively retained by a boutique trust company to find a trust director for its Zug office. Our client is well known for its professionalism and long-term commitment to its clients. This interesting position will involve the management and supervision of the established team within the firm, acting as a main contact for third party providers, overseeing the smooth running of a new office. The successful applicant will report directly to an executive board baed in another jurisidiction.
To be suitable for this role you will need to be a STEP practitioner and be either a qualified lawyer or accountant. At least 15 years working experience in the private and corporate client trust sectors. Business fluent in English and Swiss-German and / or High German. An emphasis on being experienced in managing teams and supervising, motivating and mentoring people. Strong technical expertise and estate planning aspects of EU, Swiss and African clients base.
