Our client is a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company that helps clients around the world turn risk into a path for growth. On their behalf we are looking for an account director to be based in their office in Guernsey but working for the UK operations of the company.
Applicants will be responsible for a portfolio of predominantly UK based clients and prospects with accountability for retention and servicing of clients and new business development.
You will formulate, manage and develop client relationships and grow the portfolios within the business unit.
Experience in the insurance industry, particularly captive insurance, would be preferable. However, our client is more interested in candidates with a background in sales, business development and client service particularly within the financial services industry in Guernsey. The role-holder will naturally be well networked in Guernsey and beyond and able to utilise these connections to the company's and individual's benefit.
