A privately owned, and independent international trust company, is seeking an experienced and accomplished candidate for the role of client director who will be responsible for all client related aspects of the business including; developing and building relationships, maintain and service clients with your detailed knowledge of clients needs and offer expert solutions. The role involves leading a team of trust professionals including mentoring team members and managing daily operations. It also entails developing new business both from existing clients by deepening the firms understanding of client needs, and cultivating new relationships through networking and intermediaries.
The successful candidate will hold a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, STEP, CTA, or equivalent and have at least 10 years' experience in the trust and fiduciary business and 10 years' experience working at board level. Expert knowledge of trust, offshore corporate structures, complex investment structures, trust taxation, property, and fiduciary are all essential. The role will be based in the Isle of Man but will involve extensive travel.
