Our client is a global provider of private client and institutional corporate services. On their behalf we are looking for an exceptional individual to take on the role of director of compliance and risk for their Guernsey operation.
This is a senior board level role and will require someone with a deep understanding of the local regulatory environment. Previous positions as MLRO/ MLCO in financial services will be expected and a recognised professional qualification such as ICA Diploma.
Candidates should be exceptional leaders in communication and be able to mentor fellow employees in all compliance and risk related matters.
