Are you an enthusiastic digital forensic professional looking for new challenge? On behalf of leading offshore law firm with roots in the Channel Islands we are searching for an eDiscovery Manager. This role could be based in Guernsey, London, Jersey or Cayman

Working with the chief information security officer you will be instrumental in creating a new innovative eDiscovery service for the global litigation team. Ensuring that procedures and best practice is adhered to and followed when working with digital evidence. This is a varied and challenging role dealing with complex workloads on a global scale.


Main responsibilities include leading and delivering e-disclosure projects, handling data subject access requests and regulatory, statutory and corporate investigations. Handling day-to-day management of all digital evidence and data sets. Project managing tasks associated with investigations and electronic disclosure exercises. Relationship manage and liaise with external service providers and internal IT and risk management teams

Candidates should be familiar with EDRM. Qualifications or experience using edisccovery platforms such as Relativity, Nuix and Intella Connect will be expected. Previous experience working for a global law firm or an edisclosure service provider would be beneficial.
