Our client is a boutique, privately owned Guernsey licensed fiduciary company. On their behalf we are looking for an exceptional candidate to join them as a client and executive director to aid further growth.
A key part of the role will be acting as the main contact for a dedicated portfolio of sophisticated clients.
Candidates should possess strong technical understanding of securitisation structures, asset- backed products and relevant vehicles such as PCC’s, SPV’s and ICC’s . Knowledge of the regulatory environment of Guernsey and Cayman will be essential.
The role-holder will act as an executive director and contribute to the overall governance, management and performance of the company. An excellent understanding of the risk, corporate governance and compliance requirements for a Guernsey based fiduciary will be paramount.
Excellent business development and relationship management skills will be essential to the role and the availability to travel to meet clients on a regular basis
Applicants from outside Guernsey will be considered if relocation is required.
