Our client is a global leader in fund administration, corporate and fiduciary services . On their behalf we are searching for a fund administration manager to be based in their Guernsey operation.
Assisting the client director and global senior colleagues, the successful applicant will be an experienced professional adept at maintaining and developing client relationships and managing their expectations.
Some of the duties will include co-coordinating investments , draw downs and distributions of realisations of assets and dividends. Leading and managing junior members of the team and be responsible for training and mentoring of these colleagues . Being a team leader with excellent communications skills is paramount
Experience in in organising and promoting fund launches with directors guidance. A good knowledge of multi-jurisdictional regulatory requirements will be needed . A good oversight of the maintenance of statutory records for each client . You will be an authorised signatory for a number of clients and responsible for payments, transfers for FX and deposits when needed.
As this is an important client facing role, excellent presentation skills and forward planning will be required. Travel on behalf of the company to attend launches, seminars and client meetings will be required.
Ana excellent remuneration and benefits package will be available to the successful applicant. A licence to live and work in Guernsey may be available if required.
