Our client, a specialist in enabling expansion of organisations in the UAE and KSA providing co-working spaces, digital skills academies, HR and Payroll and many other innovative corporate services to entrepreneurs government and corporate partners, is today as part of their expansion looking to hire a head of sales for its offices in KSA and/or UAE. The successful applicant will be part of their growth journey by helping companies to successfully expand into the Middle East.
Responsibilities will be the management of incoming leads and conducting meetings in person and online with potential clients to fully understand their business needs and present the appropriate set-up/expansion plan. Identify new business opportunities - including new clients, markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services. Present tailored recommendations to new and existing clients based on their business activities, requirements and market opportunities. Assess and prepare all required documentation for the business set-up process; manage client portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction and promote referrals. Maintain the and apply client knowledge and opportunity management to craft high impact solutions for clients. Liaise with the clients to keep them informed of the status and progress of their applications, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. Up-sell to deliver added value to clients and cross-sell to promote products and services from other business units. Attend networking events to promote company services and manage partner relationships to ensure clients' satisfaction. Prepare and present monthly sales reports and to share insights with the marketing team to improve performance and devise strategies, propose promotions and initiatives to drive the sales processes.
The ideal candidate must be aware of changes to government policies, regulations, processes, etc., and anything that may affect the efficiency of set-up processes. This role will directly impact entrepreneurs, high-growth start-ups, multinational corporations, and VC-backed companies.
To be suitable for this role you must have at least 3+ years of sales experience in an outcome-driven, KPI-focused environment. Experience in business set-ups and company formations would be preferred but is not a deal breaker. You will need the ability to research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, potential customers, partnerships, added products and services, etc. Be able to manage clients independently and be proficient in data analysis and forecasting. Perfect English written and spoken, other languages are a plus.
