A large and successful family holding group based in Qatar are looking for a senior financial analyst to act as a strategic finance partner across investment, development, and property operations and to provide financial planning and analysis, performance insights and decision support. The role is responsible for leading financial models, developing dashboards, and building analytical frameworks that enhance profitability, capital efficiency, and overall portfolio performance, while ensuring strong financial controls and data integrity across ERP and business intelligence systems.
This position has full ownership of the budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and scenario planning. As senior financial analyst, you will gather, validate and analyze financial and operational data, conduct in-depth performance and trend analysis across assets and projects. Prepare KPIs, dashboards, and management reports for senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
The job also focuses on continuous improvement of financial processes and systems, recommending and implementing enhancements to budgeting, reporting, and analytical workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Asset Management, Project Development and Operations is essential to provide timely financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience, with strong exposure to FP&A and preferably real estate, asset management, or property operations. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field is required, a Master’s degree or professional qualifications such as CPA or CFA are considered an advantage. Strong analytical skills, ERP and BI expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders are essential for success in this role.
